Dr. Aziz Sunje (68) is a professor at School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo. He developed and taught a large number of different subjects at all levels of study in BiH and around the world (USA, Turkey, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, ...). He spent the 1998/99 school year at Michigan State University, East Lansing, USA, as an international researcher (Fulbright postdoctoral study). As an author and co-author, he has published six books and a large number of articles in academic journals and conferences. Dr. Šunje is one of the leading business consultants in BiH in the field of entrepreneurship, management, strategic management and organizational design, deeply immersed in the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dr. Šunje is a member of the supervisory board of Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo.

Teodor Bulboacă, Ph.D., D.Sc. works as Full Professor of Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He published more than 160 research articles in the field of Complex Analysis (Geometric Function Theory of one variable functions), and his scientific works were cited in more than 2450 times according to Google Scholar Citations. Professor Bulboacă is member of the Editorial Board of 30 journals, and is the author of the monographs Geometric Function Theory of Univalent Functions (with P. T. Mocanu and Gr. Șt. Sălăgean, House of Science Book Publ., Cluj-Napoca, 1999), Differential Subordinations and Superordinations (House of Science Book Publ., Cluj-Napoca, 2005), and Complex Analysis. Theory and Applications (with S. B. Joshi and P. Goswami, De Gruyter Publ., Berlin, 2019). He delivered lectures as invited speaker, keynote speaker, plenary lecturer to more than 45 international conferences, and participated with talks to 110 international conferences.

Prof. Patrick Siarry was born on May 28, 1952, in Pertuis. His research area is relatively (since 1982) new “metaheuristic” optimization such as simulated annealing, which are indicated for the so-called problems of “hard optimization” because of their ability to avoid in principle, trapping in sub-optimal solutions. This topic is multidisciplinary in nature, both by the source of the methods studied (physics, biology, ethology). Much of his work is explicitly one or the other keywords – in particular, modeling, identification, learning rule bases (artificial intelligence), control, nondestructive testing and maintaining the biological and medical engineering.

Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the President & CEO of U.S. based (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum, President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society, Chairman of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called cloud system. He was the Chief Scientist in DepthsData Digital Economic Research Institute. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Mathematics, Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences, Quantum Information Processing, Operations Research, Operational Research, Queueing Systems, Computers & Mathematics with Applications, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, and Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He received various academic awards and has presented over 60 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and robot, quantum computing and communication technology, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, wireless communication, pure mathematics & statistics to their applications.

Dr. Nilgun Baydogan is a distinguished professor at the Energy Institute of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Istanbul, Turkey, where he has held a full professorship since 2014. Before this role, he served as an Associate Professor at ITU's Energy Institute from 2005 to 2014, contributing significantly to the field of energy studies. His academic journey includes a year as a Visiting Researcher (2002-2003) at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, University of California, within the Accelerator and Fusion Division’s Plasma Applications Group, where he engaged in advanced research in plasma applications. From 1998 to 2005, he was a Research Assistant at ITU's Nuclear Energy Institute, focusing on nuclear energy research. His career began at Kocaeli University in Izmit, Turkey, where he worked as a Research Assistant in the Physics Department's Solid State Division from 1993 to 1998.

Dr. Mario Chauca is the first Peruvian Fellow member of Academy at IEOM International Society (USA), Postdoc candidate at European Scientific Institute ESI. He was member of the Awards Committee of the Quanser Global Sustainability Award, 2022, South Africa, member of the Duncan Fraser Award Committee, winner of the "Global Engineering Education Award, 2021" of the IEOM International Society Brazil, vice president, and member of the executive committee of IFEES. Mario Chauca was the director of the AOTS-Kenshu Kiokay-Peru; he was invited by the University of Washington IEEE and later as a member of the steering committee of the IEEE-MWSCAS USA; he has participated as a speaker, author, adviser, member of the technical committee, and session chair in events in the European Union, Asia, America, and Africa, with proceedings indexed in Scopus, WoS, and journals. Former scholarship holder in Japan (AOTS) and Korea (NIPA). He was an ICT consultant for the UNDP-IDB-Congress of the Republic of Peru and the Ministry of the Interior of Peru. Researcher and advisor for the first prize work at CONEIMERA 2018. Advisor of the IEEE-COMSOC-UNAC chapter and of the first general prize for projects in the Grupo Romero contest. First place at INTERCON and CONEIMERA, as well as a nomination for the Graa y Montero Prize for Research in Peruvian Engineering. Nominated for the 2019 South Peruvian Research Award and nominated for the 2018 Mexico Research Award, he teaches at the graduate and undergraduate levels, with 33 years of experience. He graduated as an electronic engineer with a masters and a doctorate.

Nuno Costa is with the Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal – Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Setúbal – Mechanical Engineering Department since 1995, and is a member of/researcher at UNIDEMI -Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa since 2012. Rui Araújo received the B.Sc. degree (5 years "Licenciatura") in Electrical Engineering, the M.Sc. degree in Systems and Automation, the Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering, and the Habilitation ("Agregação") degree in Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Systems from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 1991, 1994, 2000, and 2024 respectively. He joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Coimbra where he is currently an Associate Professor. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a founding member of the Portuguese Institute for Systems and Robotics (ISR-Coimbra), where he is now a senior researcher. His research interests include: computational intelligence, intelligent control, computational learning, machine learning, fuzzy systems, neural networks, optimization, modeling, simulation, estimation, prediction, control, big data, robotics, mobile robotics and intelligent vehicles, robot manipulators, sensing, soft sensors, automation, industrial systems, embedded systems, real-time systems, and in general architectures and systems for controlling robot manipulators, mobile robots, intelligent vehicles, and industrial systems. Yan Ran received the M. S. and Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. She is currently an associate professor and a doctoral supervisor at Chongqing University, a fixed researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission for Advanced Equipment, Chongqing University, a committee member of the Chongqing Science and Technology Association and a vice president of Chongqing Engineering Graphics Society, etc. Her research interests include CNC machine tools reliability technology and electromechanical product quality engineering.
